If you have a tracking ID (parcel number), you can easily check where your package is right on PostNord's website. When you enter your email address in connection with your order, your order is automatically saved in your account, if you have paid with Klarna Checkout. Your package number will be sent to you via email when we have sent your delivery.
Of course, we always work to ensure that the orders arrive as soon as possible. If it is extra urgent, please write a comment in your order or contact us and we will prioritize your order.
We will email you an order confirmation after your order. Check that the confirmation matches your wishes. If you want to change something in your order, you should do so as soon as possible after your purchase, you can contact us here on the webshop. If you can't find your order confirmation, it might be good to look in the spam folder in your email.
Find out the person's size, you can look in a bra they use and like. Use our filter to find all products in the right size. Happy shopping! If you want, we can wrap the package for you, we love to help! For expert help, you are welcome to any of our stores or contact us by phone or email. If you don't know what size he has, you can also send us a picture. We have free size changes if it doesn't fit, and it's also possible to change to a gift card that can be used at a later time. If you have paid with a gift card, you will be reimbursed with a gift card upon any return.
In our webshop, you always have 14 days of open purchase from the time you receive your goods.
When we have submitted your package to PostNord, you will receive your package number via email so that you can track the package's route to your home. When the package is on its way to you, you will receive information about it in an SMS. Then your order is delivered with PostNord. If it does not fit in the mailbox, you will receive an SMS with the package number and information about when your package is ready to be picked up.
Items are usually shipped from our warehouse within 7-10 working days, many already within a couple of working days. A few of our brands have slightly longer delivery times. Of course, we will inform you if the delivery of any of your items is delayed, so you know when your new favorite garments are on their way to you.
As some of our products are made to order, we thank you for your patience with the deliveries. We will update you via email if any delays can be expected.
Orders within Sweden cost SEK 59 and orders over SEK 600 are free of charge. Orders outside Sweden are made via the contact form inside the webshop, email or phone.
We send our orders with PostNord. All shipments are sent as 1st class letter or parcel and left in your mailbox or picked up at the nearest collection point. In some cases, we deliver in parts, then the remaining part of the order is sent as soon as the goods reach us, without extra costs for shipping.
Deliveries to an address other than where you are written are only possible for those who pay by card. A great solution if you want to give a gift, and you can also get your package wrapped. Add a package wrapping to the shopping cart or check "add package wrapping" at checkout.
In the My Account section, you can see your current status for your order. It may happen that the stock balance is incorrect or that a technical problem arises. The delivery may then take longer than expected. However, our ambition is for you to receive your order as quickly as possible. Untriggered packages are charged with a service fee of SEK 149.
To shop at La Leia's webshop, you need to be over 18 years old. Minors must have a guardian's approval to order goods from us.
For us at La Leia, it is important that you as a customer are satisfied. At La Leia's webshop, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, counted from the time you receive the item. All types of products returned must be unused and complete with manufacturer's tags remaining. Socks are only exchanged in unopened original packaging. We accept all returns, as long as the goods are returned within 14 days and reach us in the same condition as when delivered. This only applies to our webshop.
In our physical stores, we offer a right of exchange for 7 days on regular goods as well as sale goods with unbroken seals. Exchanges and complaints must be certified with a receipt and replaced with another product or credit receipt. Credit receipt is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

The goods that you want to return or exchange are sent to La Leia, Hamngatan 3, 211 22 Malmö. We send with a return slip that you stick to the package. Then you hand in the package to the nearest post office. La Leia charges a cost for return handling of SEK 89 (does not apply to exchanges). Always use packaging that is approved by PostNord and pack the item well so that it is not damaged during transport. It is perfectly fine to use the box or bag that you received your goods in. Remember that it is you as the sender who is responsible for the goods until we receive them. As soon as we receive your return and see that the item is in new, unused condition, your order for the item in question will be cancelled. If you paid by card, the corresponding amount is transferred to your bank account. If you have chosen to pay by invoice, the amount of the goods will be credited. For returns with package wrapping, we only reimburse the sum for the product, not the fee for package wrapping. Any shipping fee is not refunded. We will contact you via email when we have processed your return. If you have paid with a gift card, you will be reimbursed with a gift card upon any return.
Exchanges only apply if you want to change to a different size of an already ordered item. In such a case, La Leia is responsible for the shipping. Otherwise, you must return the product you do not want and place a new order.

We carefully select our brands and our goal is to only offer underwear of the highest quality. Should you nevertheless encounter a wrong delivery or defective item, we ask you to contact us as soon as possible. La Leia is of course responsible for shipping in the event of complaints and delivery errors. Contact us here if you want to advertise an item and wait for a response from us. In the event of a dispute, we always follow the recommendation of the General Complaints Board. The Distance and Home Sales Act applies when you shop at La Leia as a private customer.
